Spiritual Coaching Hub provide coaching services to support all adults with their personal, spiritual growth and wellbeing, regardless of identity, all around the world.
As beings of free will, we honour and highly respect your privacy and unlike some other larger companies, we do not intend to lower our vibration and sell your personal data to anyone. This privacy notice explains how I process and protect your personal information in relation to the wellbeing, personal and spiritual coaching services we provide.
We process your personal data under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (performance of a contract) in order to provide coaching services.
As a Spiritual Life & Wellbeing Coach, your personal data will be used to confirm appointments and for general communication and so we can fully support you on your path of growth, We find it beneficial and helpful to ourselves and our students to keep notes during and after our sessions to assess and support personal wellbeing and for tracking students’s level of growth, attainment and accountability.
We do not sell your data as this would create a third dimensional karmic instant which would then need rebalancing by us.
The information we’re likely to collect.
- Name: Used to identify and address you as the student
- Email address: Used to arrange and confirm appointments and for general communication relating to coaching.
- Phone number: Used to arrange and confirm appointments and for general communication.
- Session notes: It is good professional practice to keep brief notes following each coaching session. These notes are securely stored.
Assessment information: Information gathered during our initial session is used to assess risk, understand your goals, determine how coaching can support you and help us establish whether it is for our highest good to work effectively together.
- How your data is stored a. Your name, email address, phone number, postal address details are stored securely within a password-protected electronic record system.
- Session notes are stored on a password-protected computer.
- Email correspondence is stored securely through MS365 and protected by password and two-factor authentication where available.
- My work mobile phone is password protected. Where student phone numbers are stored on this device, they are saved encrypted within the appropriate app which is protected by thumbprint ID & 2 Factor Authentication
- If coaching sessions take place online, Google Meet or Zoom may be used. These platforms have their own privacy and security measures in place. I take reasonable steps to ensure any online communication is conducted securely. All electronic records are protected by password security and reasonable measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure
Retention of Data
Information is likely to be held in various forms, including electronically as well as in paper-based records. All information, forms, creative materials, and case notes are held securely and are destroyed after 7 years of coaching ending.
All data and notes are maintained electronically and protected using 2FA & AES 128 Bit Encryption
Your personal data maybe maintained for seven years for accounting purposes, however at your request should you decide to discharge yourself from our services, you can ask for all your session notes/data to be deleted/removed, should you no longer wish to stay in touch and use our services in the future.
Your Rights Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information I hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request erasure of your personal information where there is no lawful reason for me to retain it.
- Request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Object to processing where applicable.
- Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). I will normally respond to requests within one calendar month.

Children's Privacy
